SIAHAF originated, structured and placed the acquisition of a strategic portfolio of underutilised residential development and mixed-use land owned by Tesco PLC. This project showcases our capabilities in complex project management, fundraising and cross-stakeholder engagement. The crown jewel of this portfolio is the Cromwell Road site, which we are in the process of obtaining planning consent for a £1bn plus residential led development. All sites are centrally located in key commuter belt locations with strong demographics and zoning in place for the development of high-density, mid-market housing.
